Normal, heavy, delicate lights stuck on--cant power on or off

These three lights stuck on at same time. Cant get them to go off. Machine wont power up or off.

If you have tried to unplug from mains power and there is no difference then you will need to provide the actual model number of your dishwasher in comments field.
The Samsung error codes for Normal, Heavy , Delicate lights stuck is not listed. The closest is Normal, Heavy, Quick which relates to a Low Water level. Also confirm which lights are stuck in your case and whether these are flashing or not.

Open the front panel, loosen the processor board, remove the "chassis Harness" and reattach. That fixed it.

Take a clean damp cloth and wipe the touch swithes and the side and top edges of the dishwasher drawer.

Why does the Lanier get stuck and can't start the machine.
Hi Theresa,

Have you tried cleaning the lanier? wipe it down lightly with a cotton swab, and check to see if there is light lubrication on the rail.

Normally over time the light grease tends to get sticky and causes the same problem. 3 -1 machine oil would work as well.

when you unplug it you're resetting the computer board just like your house computer does,so if it helped by unplugging it i would have to say the board is bad and needs to be replaced.next time send the model number off of the machine

All my lights on the front of the dishwasher are blinking at me & stops running after 3 minutes into the cycle. What is the cause of this & of course, I am two months past my warranty. Help.
If three lights are blinking (normal, heavy, quick)... I just had this same problem, and I think I figured it out. There was water on the bottom from the last cycle, so I pressed HEAVY and DELICATE at the same time for 3 seconds (you'll see it printed on the control panel), and the unit drained. I was then able to start the new cycle normally without the error. Hope that helps!

Timer only works on heavy cycle not on normal model #11024632300
Could be a bad timer or loose contacts.
Unplug the washer.
Open the control console.
Remove the wire harness connector from the timer and re-insert it.
Also advance your timer manually 360 degrees around several times. This can cause stuck contacts to work correctly.
If this does not correct your problem you will need a new timer.

does you washer have a delicate, or normal speed adjustment switch, if it does make sure its not between setting or it will sound like a machine gun......you may need to replace that switch
