I am converting Fat to NTFS convert l:/fs:ntfs the drive is 2gb what do i enter for the volume label for that drive

You need to locate the current volume label on the drive.
The easiest way to do this is from the command prompt, you type in vol(space) then the drive letter you are converting & press enter. It will then tell you the volume name, and then on the second line the serial number for the drive.

Please advise as to how to increase the VOLUME on my DECT 6.0 phone.

To adjust the ringer volume:
  1. With the phone in standby, press ^ or v. The display shows the current volume level and the handset sounds the ringer at that level.
  2. Use ^ to make the ringer volume louder or use v to make it softer or turn it off completely.
  3. When you hear the ringer volume level you want to use, stop pressing keys. The handset will use the new ringer volume starting with the next incoming call.
Note: If you set the ringer volume to Off, the handset won't ring. If you have any accessory handsets, other handsets will ring according to their individual settings.

To adjust the earpiece volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset earpiece. To adjust the earpiece volume while on a call, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the earpiece.

To adjust the speaker volume:

You can choose from six volume levels for the handset speaker while on a speakerphone call. To adjust the handset speaker volume, press ^ to make it louder or v to make it softer. The handset display shows the current volume level for the handset speaker.

Note: The handset earpiece and the handset speaker have separate volume settings.

Sansa clip 2gb

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Sd card format/volume problem

Hi,

Its better to avoid using disk management to format to format the card.

Use this formatter to format(usually the memory cards are factory formatted in the FAT or FAT 3).

http://panasonic.jp/support/audio/sd/download/ftp/sdfv2003.exe

Or

ftp://ftp.vaio-link.com/pub/memstick/drivers/MSFMTINST250.exe

Usually its better to format the card using the phone only.

Good Luck.

Volume level display

it sounds like your laptop drivers aren't working properly.. possibly the program dealing with your sound volume is corrupted or missing.

I'd try reinstalling your keyboard/touchpad drivers. what is the make and model # of your laptop?
