Not Printing. Reinstalled the software, reset printer to factory

#Perform print head nozzle cleaning from printer properties..
# Do align print heads.. check.. repeat 2-3 times till good result comes.

Try reseting the printer to factory defaults- also does the same problem happen when you a printing from a computer or trying to print a scan directly on the printer?

try restoring the printer to factory default settings, you can also try reinstalling the drivers on your computer.

What software are you printing from? It sounds more likely to be software causing the issue.

In the printer properties make sure port is set to TCP\IP and make sure printerIP is correct.,

best best would be to reinstall the driver software or look for a factory default reset in the owners manual

Please check the printer setting in your driver and application. The the printer just does what it is told to do by the software.

This could be a setting on the printer, in the driver on your computer, or the document you are printing.

First, try printing a different document and see if the problem persists.

Reset the printer to factory default settings, also referred to as a cold reset. HP has instructions on their website here: HP LaserJet 2300 Printer Series Resetting the Printer Cold Reset

You can also go into the printer driver on your computer and reset settings there, or uninstall and reinstall the printer.

It seems your printer cannot seem to recognize the CD tray. Purchase another CD tray. You can try compassmicro.com.

You can try restoring the printer to factory settings..and try agian it has worked most of the times for me..Let the catridge be in the printer when you do this..

Check the print processor settings in the advanced tab of the printer properties. This should be set to Winprint, and not anything else.
