Plastic support parts are hard to fix with out replacing them. 5 minute epoxy may work. Wind thin wire around the part first before gluing it if you can to help reinforce it.
I understand that you are having a problem locating a new crisper for your Maytag Refrigerator. I have located a crisper but do not know if it is the same as the one you are looking for by cross referencing this is the only one available that will fit your unit and all others have been discontinued.
