If this is digital camera then the batteries have nothing to do with blurry pictures, however replacing them could cause all of your settings to be changed back to factory default. Make sure you are in the camera's auto mode, this can be a switch of a knob, and enable the flash and you should be taking crisp photos in no time,

How can i adjust settings for blurred pictures on Samsung ES15

That would depend on why the pictures are blurry.

If the pictures are blurred because of camera motion, you need to either use a faster shutter speed or place the camera on a tripod or other stable support.

If the pictures are blurred because the subject is moving, you need to use a faster shutter speed.

If the pictures are blurred because it's out of focus, you need to ensure that the camera is focusing on what you consider to be the subject, not what the camera chooses.

I got the kodak easy share 143 model camera coming brand new off of ebay yesterday,,,but it keeps saying my batteries are half drained, then dead after a couple of photos. Then if they're dead it...

Alkaline batteries just don't have the power for more than a few pictures in today's power hungry digital cameras. Some batteries may also have reached their shelf life at the store, and though brand-new right out of the package may even have problems just powering startup of the camera. The one's that came with your camera are just to show you that the camera works, but as you've discovered, they'll only last for a few pictures. Digital cameras that use AA's for the most part should only be used with modern rechargeable batteries. If you read the camera's instruction manual concerning batteries, you should see the same recommendation.
Modern rechargeable batteries have over 5 times the power density of alkaline batteries (that's right, they last up to 5 times longer than an alkaline battery. And you can recharge them over and over!). Keep in mind rechargeable batteries will save you much money in the long run over alkalines, AND they'll last for at least 100 pictures per charge (and probably many many more). You'll be very pleased with their performance, and may be angry with yourself for not buying them sooner. When at the store, look on the package for a power rating of at least 2500 mah.

My Samsung SL30 Camera, are with the image blurred, and the Lens are stucked inside

The battery requires recharging else a new battery is required to replace a depleted once. Perform a power recharge of the device for several hours to attain full capacity. The camera lense should responde there after.

I have a new refurbished kodak easyshare c160 -- the camera will not last but for one or two pictures without completely draining the batteries. i have tried about 4 new sets of photo batteries....is this...

Solution: As digital cameras become more advanced and include more features, the power needed to keep them functioning has also increased. That means that typical alkaline batteries likely won’t do more than power your camera for a few shots before running out of juice. Sometimes, your digital camera may not power on at all if the inserted alkaline batteries aren’t fully charged or powerful enough. Rather than carry along dozens of alkaline batteries for a single photo shoot, you can save money by purchasing rechargeable NiMH (nickel-metal hydride) batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be purchased with a charger that you plug into a wall outlet, and they fully charge in one to five hours depending on the charger and the type of batteries you’re using.

If you’re already using rechargeable batteries but are experiencing short battery life with your digital camera, it’s likely time to replace your rechargeable batteries with new ones. Depending on the number of charging cycles you perform (how many times you discharge and recharge your batteries), rechargeable batteries typically last for two to three years before they no longer hold a full charge. You may also ensure that you’re charging your rechargeable batteries directly before use. As batteries sit unused for extended periods of time, they automatically lose some of their charge.

There are many ways you can conserve battery life while using your digital camera, too. For starters, if your camera has a viewfinder in addition to an LCD, use the viewfinder to frame your shots and turn the LCD off because LCDs draw a lot of power. If you prefer to use the LCD, you can still conserve battery life if you refrain from looking at each picture on the screen after you take it.

Blurred camera vision

Make sure the webcam is clean
Some cameras have a focus ring around the lens. This has to be rotated to bring the picture into focus.
Others rely solely on the software.
If you have to re-install
Unplug webcam
Uninstall old webcam software
Restart computer
Visit the webcam manufacturer's support website and download new software

Photo's blur alot

Blurness doesn't happens because of the number of the pixels in the cameras.
Is the picture on the computer screen blur/the cameras screen or the lens hole?

I suggest you to set the camera on Automatic station (red camera on the wheel) in day light, try to stay still see how blur the photos are when you are not playing with the parameters. it it's still blurry it could be the pulley block next to the -eyepiece. roll it until it's not blur.

Blurry pictures

Check to see what the setting is for Image Size (I have sony cybershot DSC-w50). On the camera itself, it is the button on the bottom. My camera was on the 8"x10" size and I was getting blurry shots (especially with people in them). I switched it to the 4x6 print size and it seems to be much clearer.

NEW Batts but keep getting low batt indicator and....

Sorry, no solution. Same problem here. I am very unhappy because initially it took great pictures. The first one I tried only worked a couple of days and I returned to store and they replaced. Second worked a couple of months and now immediately draws down power and won't work on new batteries. I was told to use NH-10 batteries (rechargeable). I did this from the beginning. Still won't hold charge.
