The ND error code means NO DRAIN, why it comes up is because the computer thinks that within the normal times it takes to drain the water from the tub it hasnt drained in that time.
Things that will cause it to not drain in the normal time is oversudsing becuase too much detergent was added.
Or something such as lint in the drain pump filter screen restricting the water flow into the pump

so why won't the door unlock?
As long as their is still water in the tub the door wont unlock,the door lock is tied in with the water level switch and until that water level switch is satisfied that the water is out of the tub it wont let the door unlock. Their should be a lower panel below the door and that can be removed to get access to the drain pump to check and clean the filter. Reply with exact model if you can find it(its on door rim and until its unlocked it wont open) and ill tell you where the pump filter is and how to clean it

Sorry to say its not that easy Their is no second front panel below the door that you can remove easily from the front to clean . The panel to take off to get to the pump is in the rear. IN the parts breakdown it looks like the drain hose exits the rear when looking at it from the rear on the lower right side.IF you take the end of the drain hose that goes into the sink/house drain or wherever the drain hose on washer goes to at top end and take and hold that end at or lower that where it comes out of the back of the machine,slowly but surely the water will come out of the machine since the hose is lower that the level of the water in washer. it may take a hour or more to get all water to come through the drain hose depending how blocked the pump is(if it comes quickly the pump isnt clogged) Once all water is out remove back panel and follow the part of drain hose that inside of cabinet and it will end at the pump,when looking at it from the rear of washer through the back panel the pump will be on lower front left corner attached to base frame. When all water out, the pump can be taken apart and check for blockage .To take pump apart the pump will have a white part and grey or black take the 3 screws from the black or grey part and seperate the 2 hafls of the pump to check for blockage. GOOD LUCK ITS EASIER THAT IT SOUNDS AND I HOPE YOU TOO SEE THAT ITS NOT THAT BAD

From what you're describing it sounds like the drain pump is blocked.
The nd error code indicates "no drain". If the unit can't drain it won't
spin. You're going to have to slide the washer out far enough to remove
the rear panel; be careful not to damage the floor. Once you get the
rear panel off you will see the pump. Be sure to have plenty of towels
& a small container to catch water. I am sending you instructions
from the service manual to remove and replace the pump. Another
possibility is the drain line is blocked or something is stuck in the
tub to pump hose.
Hello zabbster - Typically the DR or DO error code indicates that the door switch is not closed. Make sure that the door lock is completely closed. If the door is closed, make sure the door latch is not broken. If the latch is broken, you may possibly need to replace the door lock switch.
