How to replaced Developing unit of bizhub-C284e ?
POWER of the machine. Open the front door remove the waste toner box. Then the drum for the color you are replacing. Then remove the small cover behind where the waste toner box goes there are three screws assuming all are there. you should see a small circuit board trace out the wire assy for the developer unit you are replacing. Disconnect from the board. disengage the wire holder then with a screw drive remove the two screws holding the developer unit in one on top one on bottom behind drum release lever. DO not pull out bye the small tube!!!! may need to pry the unit out there is a guide pin on the top of next to the screw. Once cover the tube or the developer will spill out. replace the with new unit. Re-install via previous steps. When removing and installing both drum and developer unit remember the TRANSFER belt is above then scratch that and all the prints and copies will have the marks on them. Once installed. Conduct toner fill twice then gradation adjustment, in service mode Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Bizhub C353 error C225D
OK this might take a while turn off the machine, remove each of the image units, then shake each one so as to spread the developer and toner inside each one along the entire axis of the unit. You don't want all of the developer/toner sitting at one end of the unit, the motor that turns the argur inside each unit will have a hard time if its all sitting at one end!!! Giving you that code, HOPEFULLY you did not burn out the motor or worse the main board that controls the motor. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

I have a bizhub 4750 it has an error code 3423 121 how do i clear this error when the printer does not have a utility/counter key
You have a bad fuser unit. Its hot part that fuses the toner to the paper, so you cant wipe it off.
Try this once if the code come back DO NOT RESET again as the fuser can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day!!! have a tech come out and replace the unit

Error code c0520 konica minolta DI 2510
Sir/mam,
First open the right side cover where the image unit is located. Check the two latches that latch the door ensure they are not broken, especially the rear one. Then get a paper clip and stick the clip in the small hole on the right side of the control panel it will touch a switch. The control panel will go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it on the left side of the screen in the middle you will see a small "." When the dot appears touch 3 button. Then the machine will continue to the code screen. Press the Utility button you should see a new button "Maintenance Mode" touch it then touch trouble reset. The machine will again go thru screens will see the"." again do nothing. Should go ready to Copy. If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.
