requires remove of the transfer belt and cleaning of the registration sensors located under the belt on the right side of the machine, with belt out requires knowing what lever to push to expose the sensor to clean them or the have them replaced. KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 211 FUSER UNIT 230V / 4034r70100 (surplustoner.com) Here is the image of the fuser

Open the mid section of the copier and pull out main section. Then re-install. The code mean the the fuser (The large device on the left hand side that melts or fuses the toner to the paper is not connecting properly to the electrical connections in the back where it plugs into. Could be that the connector is broken because some slammed the mid section to hard. Or that you need to give the section a better/some what harder push when you close it. Might want to remove the FUSER unit and put a flashlight to the back make sure the connector is ok and check the connector on the fuser itself!

Check all fans located inside the machine

Replace the drum and developer. Clear the associated counters first in service mode. Then replace the developer and drum then run the F8 procedure in service mode.

A/C signal out your wall outlet or the you are using a European model machine in the US or vise versa. Also check the electrical cord
