When printing from tray #2, the paper always jams
Hi
This is a paper miss-pick error. It may feed the paper just a little onto the roller on the cassette. This usually means the rollers are worn out. This is caused by worn pickup rollers and separation pad. If you pull out the paper tray and set the printer on its side and look under the bottom you will see a rubber coated roller on a white axle, this is the pickup roller. The roller should have a rough surface, when they wear down the surface becomes smooth and it will not grip the paper it pick it up. Two of them to change, one on the cassette and one inside.

Isn't printing yellow.
first check the toner ink level... if its empty replace the toner... if you have already done that remove the toner and then shake it little bit then put it back...>> you can also unplug the power chord without turning off the printer and then wait for 30 sec and plug in the power chord.. hope this works..
