Hello, even i am having the same problem. I was looking online and found this stuff: step 1: Turn off the printer and switch it on after 20 mins. Step2. If the above step doesnt work then remove the fuser and replace it back again. Step3: if the above two stpes doesnt work and you still have that error message, then remove the fuser and check the impedance, if its below the required level(i dont know whats the required impedance is), then you have to change the fuser. I tried both step1 and 2, it still shows the error message, i guess i will have to change the fuser. Let me know if this helps Susheel

Check the cable connections to the DC controller. If the error persists, remove the imaging drum and
check the clutch. If the error persists, replace the T2 clutch. If the error still persists, replace the DC controller.

There could be foreign matter in the laser writers path. I would remove the drum unit and check for paper or lint

Under device settings Go to system settings, Then go to system setup. You can change the language from there.

Well you properly need color ink for it to print color you can buy them at like **** smith? or good guys?

you may have to contact HP expect a charge unless u are still under the 1 yr warrantee You can also goto the device manager and try to update the driver

This is an easy one, you do the black the same as each color cartridge. All four cartridges sit on a carousel that rotates.

Just keep pressing the button that's directly underneath the ready light until it says "rotating to black". After the machine stops rotating, open up the cover and put the black cartridge in.

For tech guys only: Remove ADF unit, remove control panel bezel, remove flat bed screws & take out flat bed cover(glass), detach CCD cable & belt take out CCD unit, Remove bonnet of CCD you can observe three reflecting glasses fixed in it, clean gently these glasses with ear buds or any smooth cotton carefully.. fix it back, clean flatbed glass in side.. fix unit back & try.. 80% cases resolves with this activity if not resolved replaced CCD unit...

This issue comes up when Carousel misalignment realigning &cleaning will resolve the issue.

There is a thin strip of glass that you will see when you lift the top feeder. There is most likely white-out on it.

When you use the top feeder, it doesn't use the large glass, it only 'rolls' the original document over this small strip of glass.
