Cannot open file. Access Denied.
Well unfortunately, it looks as though the area of "Damaged Files" was in the place that your pictures were stored, unfortunately, the software has detected a problem, in that exact area, and have "Locked Out" that area from EVER being used, once marked as "Bad" I am sorry, that's it. Now you may try to open some of the files, in the recovered files directory, but usually, that too is no good. Also sounds like your drive is not healthy either, i advise you back up as soon as possible, and keep any eye on that drive.

How can we repair a crashed USB drive.
You mean physically crashed? If it won't work when you plug it, you can't fix it anymore.
The components of a thumb drives are way too small, even tech shops can;t fix that.
It;s disposable.
