I need to replace the

The parts diagram for the JVC HD-52Z575 is available here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/HD-52Z575/1758/0333200.html . The lamp is part TS-CL110UAA. I don't see a separate ballast. If you look at the parts list for the cabinet, a Service manual is available. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

JVC HD-52Z575 red screen

The solution is an easy fix. Ignore anyone telling you to take it to a service center or to replace the convergence driver. You need to access the service menu on your television by using your remote control:

DRIVE CONVERGENCE Adjustment (Using remote control)

•Use the inner RGB box pattern.

(1)Set the [SLEEP TIMER] key to 0 min.

(2)Press the [DISPLAY] key and the [VIDEO STATUS]key simultaneously.

(3)Press the [9] key to display the RGB box pattern.

(4)Select the R mode by pressing the [DISPLAY] key.

(5)Adjust the R mode to setting as same as G mode bypressing the [CH ]+ / [CH -] key.

(6)Select the B mode pressing by the [DISPLAY] key.

(7)Adjust the B mode to setting as same as G mode bypressing the [VOL] - / [VOL +] key.

(8)Check to see that the cross pattern is white. If thecross pattern is not white, readjust (5) to (6).

That's it, your color is now corrected. Yes, I know...your welcome.

The sound suddenly went out on our JVC HD52Z575,

The sound board is gone.... it's not worth it to repair. Just use the analog audio out from the TV to the external audio system. that's what I do on mine.

SO FAR FIXYA IS BS

Really? Try reading the messages you've been sent.

I've pasted this from your premium support request:

Your TV will not accept an HDMI signal from the Roku box. In the TV specifications on page 104 of your user manual you will note this:

HDMI jack x 2
Note: The Digital-In terminal is not compatible with picture signals of a personal computer.

The Roku box is effectively a PC. It is receiving digital media via the internet and streaming it to your TV in the same way as a standard PC would.

The only way you will get this to work, is with a different type of cable. I would suggest component AV.

Hope this helps. Unfortunately, your purchase of incompatible equipment is beyond our control.

BSElectric.

Picture went out had sound..replaced

This unit has cooling fans and it sounds like they are either plugged or not working. When a ballest usually goes out it does not come on and then go out. It is the coming on part that is hard for the ballest to do when going out. Sounds like over heating problems and if it is the ballest it could be any were on a tv and in many different locations. I would type your model number in and replacement ballest for this model number and go from their. Thanks
