I just spend over an hour on the phone with Canon for the same problem... the resolution is simple. From the Control Panel, select Printers & Faxes. Right-click the mp620 printer, and select Properties. Select Printing Preferences from the bottom of the General tab, then click the Page Setup tab. Choose Print Options at the bottom. Place a check mark in the box next to "Disable the paper source setting of the application software." Click OK 3 times and the problem should be solved.

Hi kenwisneski,
This is a paper jam error. If you recently had a paper jam there may still be paper stuck inside the machine. Inspect every part of the machine you can to make sure nothing is stuck inside. After checking and still same error kindly do the steps below:
Switch the printer OFF
Press buttons 1 + 2 + 3 and 4 (simultaneously using four fingers)
Keep pressing this four buttons for 10 seconds
Release the On/Off button (number 4) (Keeping pressing the others)
After a few seconds (when the printer go ON), release buttons 1, 2, 3.
Hope this helps.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHEN
The error B200 refers to an overheat error of the printhead. however the head usually damages the logic board and both require replacing as a pair. Sorry but probably not an economical repair and a replacement machine is better.

Error 5C00 on Canon Printers is waste pad ink full indicator. Meaning the error wont be solved until you replace your inkpad. But theres a solution that can resolve this problem.Unplug your printer first. Then move your ink cartridge to the far left side slowly, don't force it.At the right side, where the cartridge usually resides, you will see the ink pad (full of ink of course)Get a cotton ball or a micro fiber cloth and gently press down on the fiber, extracting the ink build up.After that start printer that should take care of the problem.Good day.
Can I download a service manual for Canon MP620?

Use the CANON software on your computer to run some "printer maintenance", namely a few "print-head-cleaning" cycles, to try to unclog any blocked ink-jets that are _not_ shooting ink onto the paper.
When I turn my printer
Hello.
Sometimes this is caused by the chip on the black cartridge. I know it sounds unusual but this chip is called the "master" and it identifies the series of cartridges and head to a table built into the printer. if a error is detected it can cause the message you are receiving.
If you have already removed the head, checked the contacts and replaced the cartridges, then try this link below. it may help re-set the printer.
