Jacuzzi tub will not turn on button will not click on as usual
Your problem is most likely NOT the air button but the switch in the motor.
Air Switch Repair
It sounds like you have a bad air switch located in your motor.
The air switch is what the air hose connects to on the back of the motor or on the box on top of the motor. The other end of the air hose is connected to the air button on the lip of the tub.
This is a latching air switch and when you push the air button it latches to send power to the motor. When the air button is pushed again it opens the latch in the air switch and stops power going to the motor shutting it off.

Water level sensor
The 'low-water' sensor installed in a bathtub is designed to NOT allow the pump to run without water contacting it.
It sounds as if this is operating as it should.
Once the pump comes on you should be able to touch the "logo" or the on/off button to turn the pump on and off.
If the pump is not turning on/off when the tub is full of water you may be experiencing a problem with the control box under the tub skirt.

Hottub drained itself
If your hot tub water has all drained then you need to look for a leak obviously.
Start in the cabinet area where there are unions attaching the pump and the electronics. Sometimes those will vibrate loose and will begin to leak.
If all the unions are tight and you see no water then you need to start to look elsewhere around the tub for water leaks. It could be a broken manifold in the plumbing or a jet body.

Need to see how to get the switch on/off switch removed from the tub
The air button is located on the top lip of the bathtub or just below the top lip on the sidewall.
It is held in place by a nut that is threaded up the length of the air button body.
In order to change the air button you will need access to the underside of that air button so the nut can be unthreaded off the button body.

J315 lights flickering
Check the connections of the light bulb and any connecting wires. Short of this you may have a faulty transformer.

My jacuzzi is flashing FL1 and the heater isnt
FL is a "flow" issue. Check the filter to make sure it is clean. Start by removing it from the tub and see if that solves the error. The next item to check is the gate valves to make sure they are open all the way. There are usually one on either side of the pump and control box.

I set the temp to 75 then the spa show 108 and set
This sounds to me like one or both of the sensors on your spa may be bad and need replacing.
There are two sensors in each hot tub. One for the temperature of the water and a high limit to prevent the water from going over 112 degrees.
If one of these is bad then the sensor will not read the correct water temperature.

Replacing jet
When you installed the new jet, did you install a new gasket on the wall fitting or use 100% RTF type silicone?
In order to seal a wall fitting that is cracked an leaking, the replacement must have either the gasket or silicone to seal the wall fitting against the wall of the tub or it will leak when filled with water.

Model identification
While the brand of the tub may be of importance to you it may not be important when finding parts for it.
Bath tub manufacturers do not make anything that goes into their tubs i,e. the jets, pumps and controls are all purchased from various Mfg.
Are you have any particular problems with either unit that would make you need the brand of either?
