Since before Jacuzzi moved out of the EAST-BAY area (here) they had pretty good stuff. I have their "washerless" ceramic faucets.. Through trial & error I've been able to keep these working... sounds like a circuit breaker. im sure by now you have double checked your work? make sure all your connections are tight. check any inline fuses or for a tripped curcuit. often times these things are so simple that you miss them completely, im guilty of that myself.

the voltage required is stamped on the plate on the electric motors it will read voltage phase current( watts) duty cycle that plate tells you what the motor needs to run

it is possible that the switch is held in place by a nut from underneath see if you put your hand up under the panel to see if there is a nut there

Air Switch Repair It sounds like you have a bad air switch located in your motor. The air switch is what the air hose connects to on the back of the motor or on the box on top of the motor. The other end of the air hose is connected to the air button on the lip of the tub. This is a latching air switch and when you push the air button it latches and sends the power to the motor. When the air button is pushed again it opens the latch in the air switch and stops power going to the motor shutting it off.
