How do i replace the clutch

get a book for the vehicle as there are many different ways to replace the clutch ( gear box removal)
points to note
always replace the throw out bearing
If the clutch salve cylinder is inside the bell housing then replace it also
Always replace the clutch plate so that the centre hub is free of the fly wheel bolts
have the flywheel machined to remove hot spots and score marks.

Failed clutch (stuck to floor)

I would say your pressure plate for your clutch is going bad, however it could be the clutch is actually sticking on the input shaft for the transmission, when it is cold the dirty grease Will be thicker causing it to stick, in warmer temperatures it will slide better. But it is still a sign of a weak pressure plate

My clutch is sticking to the floor, but there is plenty of fluid and there does not appear to be a leak

you may need the clutch replaced if the clutch slave cylinder and master is working.

Was driving down the road an went to shift gear an the cutch pedal just snapped to floor. foung a leak in line an fixed. but the peadl will just snap down upon engagement it is a hydralic system

YES IT IS. YOU NEED TO BLEED THE HYDRALIC SYSTEM DOWN AT THE SALVE CYLINDER THERE A BLEEDER VALVE YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE SOMEONE PUMP THE CLUTCH PADDLE ABOUT 10 TIMES ( MIGHT NEED TO PULL UP AND DOWN PADDLE WITH HAND AT 1st TILL IT START TO GET SOME PRESSURE ) HOLD PADDLE DOWN AND OPEN BLEEDER KEEP DOING TILL NO MORE AIR OR BUBBLES COME OUT.
