1 trick to try is this. Turn ignition to run, disconnect battery negative terminal on battery, leave the ignition on for the entire time. Wait 1 hour than re connect battery with the key still on run position. Try to start car, if it starts and runs OK and doesn't shut back than it could been in brain lock. Turn off car and rearm security system. wait about 10 minutes than insert key and start if it continues to run than your probably OK. If it rearms starter disconnect than chip in key or the ring around ignition switch is bad. In that case a dealer will need to replace the part and re program the security system to accept the new part.

Check for vacuum leaks first listen for a hiss under the hood, it could also be any number of sensors so if the check engine light is on have the codes read then repair as necessary, you can also use starting fluid or carb cleaner to locate vacuum leaks. I hope this helps. Take care.

Look in the Owner's Manual for the FUSES. Find the one for the CD changer - stereo - and remove it. ENSURE THE car is OFF and key is removed. You'll lose any radio presets! This should reset the CD changer and may allow the stuck CD to come out.

Sounds like your car is burning oil. Use a high mileage oil or add an oil additive that reduces oil burning. You could also use a hotter plug.

This is a performance shift mode for the automatic transmission. It prevents the transmission from shifting into the highest gear. There should be a button near or on the shifter marked "hold". If so push it to return the transmission to normal operation. You'll get better gas mileage as well.

The eighth digit of your VIN number will identify which engine your car has. the VIN number is located on your driver's side dash and it can be viewed through the windshield from outside the vehicle. It will also be on your registration card and title.
