It ma be a bad connection. Check the battery terminals and the cable going to the starter. Make sure the terminals are clean, and the connection is tight. You may also have an alternator going bad.

I need to know if the brake pedal gets tight or does the brakes get tight and slow vehicle down as if brakes are being applied.....If it is just the pedal getting tight and hard you have a vacuum Brake Power booster problem....If the brakes are locking slightly this could be a few different things......NEED MORE INFO..and Mileage....

sounds like the throttle plate is stuck try cleaning is out do not push on the throttle plate will damage it. have some one sit in the vehicle with their foot on the pedal take a tooth brush and some carb cleaner clean both side of the plate and inside the housing the best you can and see if the stops it.

Sounds like the master cylinder is not releasing. Replace it

These 4 things come to mind.. 1. do you use any gas additives? 2. when was the last time you had a tuneup (with wires and plugs)? 3 Do you get gas at a particular station 4. either a vacumn pipe is broken or the ends split so its not passing a vacumn to open the flaps,where they are and how to get to them i cant help because i have never worked on one as they are not here in spain.check the engine end first though .Look for some small rubber pipes running from the inlet manifold
