It ma be a bad connection. Check the battery terminals and the cable going to the starter. Make sure the terminals are clean, and the connection is tight. You may also have an alternator going bad.

I need to know if the brake pedal gets tight or does the brakes get tight and slow vehicle down as if brakes are being applied.....If it is just the pedal getting tight and hard you have a vacuum Brake Power booster problem....If the brakes are locking slightly this could be a few different things......NEED MORE INFO..and Mileage....

sounds like the throttle plate is stuck try cleaning is out do not push on the throttle plate will damage it. have some one sit in the vehicle with their foot on the pedal take a tooth brush and some carb cleaner clean both side of the plate and inside the housing the best you can and see if the stops it.

Sounds like the master cylinder is not releasing. Replace it

These 4 things come to mind.. 1. do you use any gas additives? 2. when was the last time you had a tuneup (with wires and plugs)? 3 Do you get gas at a particular station 4. Possible clogged gas filter. This sounds like a "CAR TALK" question to click and clack. On most NPR stations nation-wide.. good luck.

The hybrib motor is the starter

It is located on the front of the engine.It has large hoses going to it.

I have been told by a mechanic that the fuel filter is inside the fuel tank. Have to either drop the tank or remove the pickup bed. Access is on the top of the tank. This is poor engineering.

In the Uk nearlly all trailor socket wiring is done from the rear light wiring of the towing vehicle so I suggest checking the wiring back from the trailor connection socket and also socket, it could be a broken or cut wire. Also will probably find your vehicle a control unit fitted the trailor socket which could also the problem. Find the pin outs for your turn signal on the socket and connect a bulb across this connection and the common earth to check its not a fault on your tralior.

Check under the hood to see if your throttle cable is stuck.

Sounds like the oil sending switch is shorted out to ground,also could be broken or worn out.Its only a 5-10$ part.Unless you can test it.
