Fuel pump
Make dam sure you ground the fuel tank and avoid making any sparks.
Car leaking coolant
It sounds like you're describing the temperature sending unit. A connector should be attached to it but if it's leaking it needs to be replaced. if your engine temp guage/light is not working that's a good indication. I think you are being distracted by the power steering work, it has nothing to do with the cooling system...unless the sensor was smacked by something and broken. Remove the plug and replace it, those engines do not survive overheating very well. Your parts store should be able to identify a suitable replacement if you take the old plug in. Good luck!

If the car stops running, it sounds like a faulty device in the main 12v feed from the battery to the main fuse block (including ignition), which is abnormally going open under usual loads. This could be a fusible link, fuse, relay or circuit breaker - you will need a wiring diagram or service manual to figure out which might be the culprit (try Alldata.diy.com).

Where is chevy beretta horn
I need the model year?
It is possible your owners manual may give location of horn fuse and relay, depending on your model year.
The horn itself is usually at the front of vehicle.

Leaking cooling system or heater core?
Sounds like your heater core has a hole in it. You can tell it the smell is sweet or there is an oily film on your windshield also see if your front right side carpet is wet that also is a sign of heater core going out. The water running out on ground is from your ac that is normal

Fuel pump relay location
you want to know where the fuel pump is or the relay they are 2 different things the pump is in the gas tank to chance it you need to make sure you dont have much gas in it pump it out the tank is heavy with it in jack up the back of your car or get ramps get your car off the ground you will need a jack to put under your tank so you can losten the straps that hold the tank in then let the jack down slowley making sure the wires and hoses dont get pulled un plug the pump and undo the gas lines mark wich one goes where then losten the locking nut holding the pump and pull it out taking note of how it looks when you pull it out and installation is the opposite of how you took it apart

Cylinders 2 3 not firing
change spark plugs & wires & coil packs to cylinders that are firing & if those cylinders start misfiring it is one of the 3 i do them one at a time if you have a distributor change cap &rotor
