The lower brake lights are not working
Check the bulbs with an ohm meter or other functional test method. If they are still showing good and light up then check the bulb sockets for power at the pins, if no power at sockets and rear chassis gropunds are good follow the wiring harness up to the cab and look for damaged wiring, if none is found you could have a defective turn signal switch or 4 way flasher circuit..

ABS and ASR lamp lights on
Sounds like you have a faulty wheel speed sensor. Take a look at the wires at the front wheels. After time they tend to dryrott and the insulation falls apart. Once that happens it only a matter of time before the wires break. The wheel speed sensors will only come into play once the vehicle is moving which is why your getting the time delay before the warning light comes on. If all the wires look in order then at each wheel speed connector you can hook up a dvom and check for resistance. Wiggle, bend and move the wires around and see if the meter goes to OL or open circuit. Let me know if you need any other assistance with this as I'm happy to help any way i can.
