The problem sounds like your transmitter has lost its programming. First thing is you have to get it to a dealer so they can program the transponder chip in the key so that it can start your truck. After they get that going you will have to have them program the keyless entry part of it.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. unfortunetly there isnt a owners manual online that is free. I have just searched countless database that would have such. Im sure thats not what you want to hear. But sometimes the correct answer isnt the most favorable. I can provide you with a repair manual for 84-93 xj series cherokee's. Jeep has a service recall for this problem. They did a bad software update to these jeeps and its causing people problems. Go to the dealer and get it serviced for free under this recall. Do not let them do any other work to it. This is a well documented problem. Any other extras are just them trying to shaft you.
