look under at the back of the pan where the seat sits you can see or feel the nuts to tighten the seat .

Since no one welds part back together (unless you can) so you will have to buy them, but I suggest you call the manufacturer as they will send you the needed parts for free.

attach 2X4s behind it to ensure its stable. I had same problem but used that wood to reinforce it (covered with hardy board & paint) and reattached it and wall is very strong and toilet does not move.

You will need to remove the toilet and access the bolts from inside the enclosure. It is a dirty job.... good luck!
