How do I turn off the alarm of my phone.........I

In the phone menu, scroll until you reach the ALARM setting - it can be set to ONCE or OFF. Set it to OFF.

I forgot my password from the base station of the phone thomson telecom ce21816ge2-a. HOW CAN I FIX IT? (whithout going it to a phone technician to fix it)

You'll need to consult the user guide that came with the base station, and follow the instructions to reset the base station to its factory settings. I searched for a user guide online, but couldn't find one for you. Hope this helps!
