IF IT WILL NOT COME OUT THEN THERE HAS GOT TO BE A SMALL SCREW OR SOMETHING HOLDING IT ON. IF AUCET IS TO TIGHT IT WILL NEED TO BE LOOSENED JUST A BIT. THERE MAY ALSO BE RUST OR DIRT IN IT AND YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE IT OFF & CLEAN IT WITH VINEGAR OR RUBBING ALCOHOL THEN PUT IT BACK ON.

Sounds like your hose down the vents has confirmed open drain lines.

Water heater heating element bad is the most common problem with lack of hot water.

Probably a defective, corroded or half stuck diverter. This is the part that diverts the water either to the tub or shower. Disassemble, inspect, repair or replace.

Check to make sure the chain fromanagement the trip lever to the flapper does not have too much slack in it if there is shorten the chain so when the lever is down there is just a little slack in the chain. Hope this helps Bob

The problem may be the flapper that seals between the tank and bowl is leaking or the overflow pipe may have a crack in it. I wouled replace the flapper first and check the overflow pipe for cracks. Hope this helps. Bob

Turn the faucet to the closed position. Turn off the water to the faucet. Remove the handle. The screw that holds it on may be under a plastic cover. Unscrew the large nut. Remove the cartridge. Put the new cartridge in the closed position. Look at the old cartridge and be sure the new one matches the old one. Insert the cartridge. Replace the nut and tighten. Replace the handle. Turn on the water.

Should only take about 6-8 min to fill and about 4 min to drain.

These have a photoelectric eye , much the same as a motion sensor on an outside lamp, just pull this out, clean with a wet wipe, dry with a towel & replace, press the reset switch & your boiler should fire up producing lovely hot water

Your blower motor sounds like it is fried. I hope you have done something by now, 15 Oct 2014. But the best thing to do if someone is reading this and you get this symptom is to turn off the blower. If it is still under warranty, the new blower motor should not cost you anything except the labor and service charge. Different manufactures sometimes charge a small warranty charge to handle paperwork and shipping. If this recently happens to you, the most common cause is a voltage spike, like lightning strike, and it has blown the capacitor. If you do not have a capacitor on your blower motor, for example an x13 or an ECM type motor, then you will need to replace the control module and typically costs about $200. If your local dealer does stock the control module then the cost of most of these motors are around $500. Your best bet is to call a reputable repairman and get them to change it out. There is high voltage capacitors inside and can give you a good jolt if you happen to come in contact with the circuitry before the capacitor discharges. Hope this helps.

if held in by glue you'll have to re-drill to fit the new peg. If not glued in try inserting a drywall screw then use a claw hammer to pull the screw out

Hello their is a product called Plasweld,it comes in a handy tube, Carefully scratch along the crack to allow the weld to come flush with the surface of the shower tray,MUST BE PERFECTLY DRY! squeeze into the crack and it will find its own level ,this produce actually welds the plastic together Good builders merchants should stock this item.GOOD LUCK
