I had a paper jam on my hp laser jet P4515x and pulled out the paper. i turned off the printer with the power switch on the side as it still showed paper jam hoping to reset things.. unfortunately my printer wont come back on when i turned power switch back on.. anyone have any ideas please

Clear the paper jam... Also make sure all the pick up rollers are not smooth, if they are replace them. Also make sure the tray is set to the right paper and not offset. A lot of times people slam the tray and it moves the setting bar.
there is a sensor in the paper feeder tray which is also connected to the scanner area that sensor is bit moved from its orignal position or is slightly broken while the paper jam or while removing the paper jam.
please check the sensor.and make it proper.the error will go.

Hi, Problem is you have paper jam!!! Seek for the paper inside the printer, pull out cartridge!!! when you do that, turn off printer and disconnect power cable for 1min. Pull back the cable, turn printer ON!!! good luck!!!
