The 200.16 jam indicates that the input sensor was covered when the printer was powered on or reset, or a cover was opened/closed.

You may also check the following:

1. The paper being used is within specification and has been loaded correctly.

2. Any previous jams have been completely removed.

3. The printing environment is within acceptable temperature and humidity ranges.

4. If the tray was overfilled or a paper jam occurred, sheets of paper may have come off the media stack.

    5. If you don't see or remove the separated sheets, they may remain ramped up the paper dam or at rest in the paper path. Often, these sheets will cover the input sensor or lead to a double feed.

Lexmark 7675 paper jam

> feeds unevenly

Usually, there are two, maybe three, rollers that should _evenly_ pull the paper through the path.
Check that each roller is making good contact with the paper.

> out of paper error-message

There's a small sensor, and usually a "finger" that rises when the weight of the paper is not sufficient to hold the finger down. Check for "dust" clogging/blocking this finger.

If all else fails, it's time to take the printer to a qualified technician, for a professional cleaning & tune-up.

Lexmark x500n paper jam

Try cleaning the roller that picks up the paper. You can use a drop of alcohol to clean the roller.

Error code 200.16 paper jam check tray 1, inner door. But there is no paper jam there.

200.16 means the input sensor, it is in the paperfeed assy on the bottom of the printer, is activated. Check if there no paper or pieces of paper in the input sensor or if the input sensor is stuck in "open" position.

202 pam jam

usually it means that a sensor in your fuser is bad. If you have a P.M. Kit replaced the fuser and clean the printer.

but before you do, make sure that you have cleared all jams, including in the fuser.

Its probably time for a Preventive Maintanence

Paper jam

. There are rollers that cling on to the paper and move it through the machine. When the rollers are worn down they do not grip the paper. For a short fix you can get something rough like sandpaper, brillo pad, etc, and gently scratch the rollers to give them some traction. This will temporarily solve your problem until you can get the rollers replaced.
