How do i add an address to favorites? - Garmin GPS

just find your favorite folder right click on it and you will see (copy)click on that then goto to your main screen right click on the screen and the you will see (paste) just click paste and your folder will be on your screen.

Your link in your Favorites is out dated and is taking you to a dead internet location. Follow the first response then delete your existing Favorite and add the new one, as suggested.

phone>Favorites ( very left botton hand corner) > Very top to the right is a plus sign click it than you should be able to add favorites

To edit your Favorite contacts list in Hotmail Live Hotmail:

• Select Contacts from the left navigation bar.
• Check the contact you want to add to or remove from your favorite contacts.
• Click Edit.
• Check or uncheck Mark this contact as a favorite.
• Click Save.

Sorry, Groups can not be edited. They can only be deleted then recreated.

How can I create a Favorite?
From the Main Menu, tap Add favorite.
You can then select the location of the Favorite from the list below.
Give your Favorite a name that is easy to remember. Your ONE will always suggest
a name, usually the address of the Favorite. To enter the name, just start typing.
You don’t have to delete the suggested name.

here's how to add contact to the address book:

1. press FUNCTION key
2. select FAX/EMAIL SETTINGS icon
3. select ADDRESS BOOK
4. select ADD EMAIL ADDRESS
5. input your email address
6. input your name
7. select ok
8. input a key name
9. you can choose if you want to add it to favorites or not
10. press stop key to return to idle state

that's it :)

Probably go to the favorites menu and manually add it there? if not, when you click the address when it ends up in the recently found, is there no menus that say, maybe , add to favorites?

Address Book
Contact List
There are two ways to enter Contact List.
1. Tap the [ ] in the idle screen then tap Address Book - Contact List.
2. Tap the [ ] key in the idle screen.
This menu allows you to save and manage contact address information. The
Contacts’ functions allow you to add a new address or search saved contact
addresses by name.
New Contact
This menu allows you to add a new contact address. You can enter contact
address information including name, phone numbers, email addresses, group
information items, memos, ring tones, and image (photograph).
Favorites
This menu allows you to have your own favorite contact list. You can add and
delete it.
Caller Groups
This menu allows you to manage group information. By default, there are 4
groups: family, friends, colleagues and school. You can also configure a ring
tone for a group so that the group ring tone sounds when a call from a specific
contact address within that group arrives and there is no ring tone configured
for the specific contact address.

You cannot add "notes" to favorites, however, if the unit is bluetooth capable (if I recall correctly, the Nuvi 350 is NOT) then you can add a phone number to a favorite. Other than that, you can simply add a name.
