When I download I can't open file.How can I fix this?

Insert SD card into your tab and make sure it is detected and accessible.

Download your files.

Open file manager on your tab and navigate to Download folder. Click to open.

Hold on the file(s) downloaded one after the other to select.

Top right of your screen or bottom right of your screen you will observe a set of 3 dots aligned on top of each other (i.e. if an options menu has not popped open); click on these.

Options to copy, share or a symbol like a Y turned on its side will become visible; select and navigate your way to SD card (still within file manager); click to open and then Paste/copy here.

Make sure eBook file are right format for your eBook reader app.
If yes- then open eBook reader app first, then find file and open it.

I'm not sure what tablet and operating system you have but .exe files are typically Windows-based applications. Those won't run on a Android or Apple tablet, for example.

For viewing PDFs you need PDF viewing software. Again, depending on the tablet version you have you may need to install the appropriate version reader. PDF is an Adobe product and available from them for free. Adobe Reader Download Free PDF viewer for Windows Mac OS Android

You computer will download anything you tell it to but you have to have a program that opens that type of file. For instance, if it is a .jpeg image file extension then your computer uses a program like photoshop to open it. If the file is a music file with an .mp4 extension your computer needs Itunes to open it. Can you tell me what the extension is? A bit more info would be helpful for me to help you figure out exactly what to do. ;o)

Download appropriate application to view the file before you download a file , firstly install es explorer or solid explorer or any file manager. Then go to the downloaded location of file and open it, u will get to know whether you have supported application for that file you downloaded.....

what format is the file your trying to open in? (i.e. .doc,.pdf,.jpg)

1.) Download the "system.zip" file and unzip (using a program such as WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRAR, etc.) the file.
2.) You will then need to connect the Tabeo tablet to your PC and then select the "Turn on USB storage" option on the screen once it comes up.
3.) After the file has been unzipped it will need to be transferred to the main folder, or "root directory" of the Tabeo tablet. Please ensure that you do not place the "system" folder in any of the folders already in the "root directory".
4.) You will now need to have to go into Settings application (located under the apps list from the top right corner) and go down to "About tablet" and select Start Wizard. Then turn the unit off and on again.

You have to download an app for documents like Open Office to download and open on your iPad. Safari won't let you download certain files from the internet. Apps like Downloads HD are one of those apps that lets you download almost anything from your iPad and open it from within the app or from another app that can open that file you downloaded.
