I had the same issue with my Tabeo today. After trying to reset it several times, and having the same issue on th 3/4 page of the setup, I tried another way, and it worked. So, I reset it, and then when the parental control setup page 1/4 came up, I typed the http address exactly as it was on tabeo, on my windows pc...all of it. This opened the same page on my windows pc. Then I just filled out the pages, and entered my credit card info, to be charged that 1 dollar, that is refunded 30-60 days later. This let me complete the setup. As soon, as it was done, the page on my tabeo, updated at the same time, and the parental controls were setup!! its screwy, but it worked..hope it will work for you too.

open the browser and see if there ate 3 dots in the top rh of the tool bar click on them, find settings , click on settings and click off addoms, popups and anything else hat you don't wish to happen

There is no way, unless you remember the password. Go to a hypnotist and ask them to help you remember it.

Contact manufactures customer care department and tell them what you need .

go to you tube and type in hard reset a the brand and model and a page of videos that should help you sort your problem .

It will most likely run without one but you will not be able to save anything without it.

Are you running low on memory. Check your settings and check your memory usage. Delete your cache. This should help.

take back to Toy R us they should be able to fix the screen, but give the price of the toy compare to the repair it may not be worth it.

take the tabeo back to Toy R us and have them show you. The on switch is next to the power cord on bottom
