HP Officejet 6310 All-in-one toner - HP LaserJet 1300 Printer

I have an HP Officejet 6310 all in one and it keeps saying paper jam It grabs a piece of paper and pulls it half way

It doesn't use toner, it uses ink. The Staples sales person is an idiot. He should have showed you ink cartridges. Go to WalMart

it require servicing if you can apply the any lubricant on the steel rod inside the printer it will fix your problem if it is not then i advice you to show it to service center.

check for a small piece logged inside, remove the toner cart and check that, take paper out and check under that
