I would suggest that you uninstall the software and start over. First install the software with the printer OFF. Then turn the printer on and follow the prompts.

Good luck!

Need my laptop to communicate wireless to printer

If the printer does not have a built-in network card/print server then there is a couple of ways to do this.
If you have a desktop computer connected to the wireless router with a LAN cable, then connect the printer to the desktop computer and make this printer a shared printer on your network. This means that the desktop computer and printer needs to be on when you want to print from the laptop.
The other way is to purchase a print server, connect the printer to the print server and connect the print server with a LAN cable to the Wireless router.
If you don't have sufficient network ports on the wireless router then you need to purchase a hub. Then connect the hub and wireless router with a LAN cable and then the print server to the hub and other computers to the hub.
Setting up the wireless printing will depend upon which method you want to adopt and I can advise you when further when you are ready.

Unable to setup wireless print server with wireless router

The issue was the wireless print server not properly connecting to my home network and thus being unable to see my modem/network. This was because my linksys wireless print server generates its wep key with a different algorithm than the Motorola surfboard SBG900, this also explains why when I was using my old linksys wireless g router, things worked without any issue (same wep key algorithm). Once I figured out how to manually configure the print servers wireless settings and manually enter the wep security settings I was able to connect to my network and the configuration found the print server and I was able to finish setup.

Remote pc cannot access wireless

You can do a reset on your router. All computers must be must be getting its connection from your router. Your wired computer must be getting an ip address from the router(example is 192.168.1.x). You can then access the router page using your browser by typing the default gateway(example 192.168.x.1). This will take you to the router configuration page. You can set up the wireless network and your wireless network can now support more than 2 wireless computers.
