I have a Tosh Regza lcd just over a year old and have a dark almost like a tide mark at the bottom of the screen any suggestions?

Connect your LCD screen to a different computer and check if the dark tide mark still present. If you still see the dark tide mark, your LCD screen is malfunctioning. The pixel can be dead. Contact your vendor for warranty.

Black marks on screen i think it needs a degaus but dont know how to do it

LCD monitors do not need degaussing. They operate in a completely way to CRT monitors.
Tiny black marks are most likely dead pixels, if the black marks are large then the LCD screen may be damaged (cracked glass).
This type of damage cannot be repaired simply, the screen needs to be replaced.
I suggest you put your money towards a new LCD monitor.

How do you disassemble a Magnavox 37'' LCD?

I would use a permanent marker to mark the first set of screws that hold the perimeter, and put these in a ziplock bag and mark perimeter. You will be actually marking the slot these screws are in, and the bag should also be same marked color. The center screws with another color, screws in another zip lock bag and mark center screws. You may also ad the count to the ziplock bag. Do the same for the A/V connections etc and internal screws...etc. This is tedious but will produce a happy reassemble.

How a lcd tc creen get cracked internally? though there is no mark in the outside.

The outer covering on LCD TV's has a special scratch resistant coating on it. So, the LCD panel can get broken and you will see no marks on the screen.

Marks on screen

If its just dirty marks use a solution of 50% deionised water and 50% isopropyl alcohol. Use a lint free cloth and it should lift the marks. Any household polish etc may react with the LCD surface and burn it. If you cant get hold of isopopyl go for branded cleaning kits for LCD TV screens. You'll get these in most electrical stores.

Blue mark

If it is on the lens itself , you can simply wipe it off.

If this mark shows even when there is no signal in the unit and you wiped of the lens , you might be looking at a burnt LCD

Faulty camera

LCD is damaged and needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing is less than buying a new camera. If they charge more than 50 of the cost buy a new camera.
