I had this error. There was an old rule for an old device that was no loonger connected. If a device that has a rule is not connected, no information will show up telling you there is a rule. But it already exists and is hidden. The rule will only show up when the device is connected. But the rule is active wether or not the device is connected.

The only .I found to fix this is to reset the router to defualt settings, this will remove the old device and it's tules from memotry.

SOURCE: Port forwarding web server

Use the Public IP of the router or go to http://whatismyip.com then use that IP address on your browser

i.e http://24.x.x.x:80

Or go to http://portforward.com and click on guides and then port forwarding. Then choose the brand and model of your router and then follow the steps on that page.

Hope this helps, gambatte!!

Error 1005

1. This is a generic error that describes that phone is not able to find the PC. There can be many reason for this
2. Try restarting PC Remote Server
3. Make sure that battery saver mode is not turned-on as phone networking is stopped when battery is low.
4. Try restarting your PC and restart PC Remote Server
5. Do you have any firewall or anti malware installed on your PC? These softwares might be blocking the connection with PC Remote Server. During server setup, a rule/exception is added to Windows Firewall to enable incoming connection from Phone. If your security software is not querying Windows Firewall for exceptions, then you need to manually add a new exception to allow incoming TCP and UDP connections on local port 61314. Try connecting after stopping security software.
Please add the rules to allow incomming and outgoing connections for PC Remote Server at port 61314.

How do i make nat open

You have two options:
1. You can open port using router's web interface. Check what ports used your software, what protocol TCP/UDP then go to web interface's virtual server and add new user's rule. Then you have to save and reboot router. Every time your PC IP changed (static IP recommended) or program you using changed port number you have to do web interface operation again.
2. Download and install Router Commander (fully compatible with your router) and that's all. The software will forward ports automatically.

Belkin N1 Vision - Virtual Servers Add button doesn't run ok

Ascertain what incoming ports you need to open and the IP address of the device / computer that you wish to forward to and set the ports up manually.
· Enter a description for the service
· Enter the inbound port ranges from WAN
· Enter TCP/ UDP type
· Enter IP address that the service is to be forwarded
· Enter the private port range (keep these the same as the incoming ports unless you are running multiple services ie 2 web servers on port 80)
· Click enable check box and save entry
· Repeat as required.

Port forwarding on dlink adsl2 router

Step 1. Before you open ports in your router, set the computer (or the device) which requires
ports to be opened for, with a static IP address. You can choose any IP address from the
range of addresses you are using on your local network, as soon as it is not used by any other
device. The default range is from 10.1.1.2 to 10.1.1.254. In our example we are using
10.1.1.99.
Windows XP: Control Panel > Network Connections > Local Area Connection > Properties >
Internet protocol TCP/IP > Properties
Windows Vista: Control Panel > Network and Internet > [Network and Sharing Centre] > View
Network Status and Tasks > View Status > Properties > Internet Protocol v4 > Properties
Select the “Use the following IP address” option:
IP address: 10.1.1.99
Subnet mask: 255.0.0.0
Default Gateway: 10.1.1.1 (your router’s address)
DNS: 10.1.1.1 and 61.88.88.88 (or whichever your provider is using)
Now open the necessary ports in your router and redirect the traffic to the 10.1.1.99 address.
Here are the steps:
How to open ports in your router Page 2 of 6
Step 2.
Open your web browser and enter the IP address of the router (http://10.1.1.1). Enter
user name and password (default username “admin” and password is “admin”).
Step 3. Click on Advanced at the top and then click on LAN Clients.
How to open ports in your router Page 3 of 6
Step 4
. You will need to add a LAN Client (the address of your computer or a device) into the
router before you can open any ports. Type in the IP address of the Computer/Device (the
one you assigned in Step 1). You can specify the name of this workstation under Host Name
(optional). Click Add and then Apply.
Step 5. Go to Advanced > Virtual Server (Port Forwarding). There is a list of pre-set ports in
the router which you can choose from.
How to open ports in your router Page 4 of 6
Step 5a.
If your specific application is not listed there, you can add the necessary ports
yourself. Select the “User” Category and click on Add button below.
Step 5b. Enter a name for this entry under Rule Name. Then select the necessary protocol. If
there is a range of ports to open, specify the starting port under Port Start and the ending port
under Port End. If you need to open just one port, specify this port number in all fields
including the Port Map. Click Apply.
How to open ports in your router Page 5 of 6
Step 6.
Go back to Advanced > Virtual Server. Under LAN IP select your LAN Client (which
you added in Step 4). Select the Category and the desired Rule or select “User” Category
and you should see the rule which you have created in Step 5b. Select it and then click on
Add > to move it into the Applied Rules section. Click Apply.
Step 7. To save the new settings into the router's memory go to Tools > System. Click on
Save and Reboot button. The router will save the settings and restart.

Emule Show Low ID on Client Computer

Dear sir/madam,

You can update the servers it may be become fast. Go this site and add all servers (add to emule) click this link, they automatically update the servers.

http://ed2k.2x4u.de/index.html

OR try this

First of all you need to know the IP of the computer that you use with Emule.

Then go to the router configuration:

- Choose "NAT Settings", and "Virtual Server".

1- If it isn't enabled, enable the "Virtual Server".

2- In "Well-Known Applications" choose de option "User defined".

3- Now the crucial part. Under the Virtual Server List, in the "Local IP" you place the IP of your computer (on the example, 192.168.1.2, i.e. my emule computer ip), "Port Range" put 4662 and Protocol TCP. "Protocol nº." stays blank, and in the "description" you can put Emule Rule Nº1.

4- Click ADD, to add the rule to the table.

- Again you make the same passes from 3 to add the second rule:

3- In the "Port Range" you place 4672 instead 4662, and on Protocol you place UDP instead TCP. On "Description" you can place Emule Rule Nº2.

4- Click ADD.

5- After making the 2 rules, click Finish, and on the next screen click on Save&Restart button.

In the next time you start Emule, you can acess to the servers without Low ID.

Configure the firewall

You can use the Virtual Server to forward an individual port to one of your computers. You cannot forward the same port to multiple computers. In order to configure the Virtual Server you need to know the IP address of the computer that needs the port opened and the service port number. The links below will help you find the IP address of your machine. If you don?t know which port needs to be opened, try checking the software manufacture?s support website for information on use behind firewall. Configuring the Virtual Server: Step 1 Access the device configuration by entering 192.168.0.1 in your web browser. Login with your username and password. The default username is admin and the password is blank. Step 2a If the port you need to forward is a common port, it will be under the predefined virtual server list at the bottom of the page. Click the pad and paper icon next to the virtual server entry you want to use. The Protocol Type and Service Port fields are preconfigured. Click the Enable radio button to use the virtual server. Enter the private IP address of the computer that will use the service port. Configure the Schedule as needed, then Apply your settings. Step 2b If the port you need to forward is not listed under the predefined virtual server list at the bottom of the page, you can create a new entry for your application. Click the Enable radio button to use the virtual server. Give your virtual server a name. Next, enter the private IP address of the computer that will use the service port. Then, select the Protocol Type and enter the Service Port. If you don?t know how to use Private and Public port assignment, then just enter the same port number in both fields. Configure the Schedule as needed and Apply your settings.
