The HP G62 does not have jumpers on the motherboard to short the CMOS/BIOS to reset it, all you can do is turn the laptop upside down and then remove battery and the memory & wifi cover, under that cover you will see a black, round penny shaped item with red wires coming from it. Follow the wires and unplug it. That is the CMOS/BIOS or RTC battery, leave both the main battery and the CMOS battery out for at least 10 minutes. Below is a picture for you to refer to.

The HP1160-C has no static onboard memory, so I believe that the document is actually in the computer's memory. Depending on your OS, it should be possible to unqueue a document from the spooler. Here, for example, the instructions for Windows XP (Vista/Seven should be very similar if not identical): http://www.topfreestuff.com/printSpool.shtml
Battery problems seem to plague HP cameras! Mine did the same thing, and resetting the battery (not just replacing) seems to have done the trick. See if these directions apply to your particular model. If not, go to the HP website and check the FAQ's for your model. That is how I was able to solve my HP Photosmart battery problem.
