Perform the color calibration through the main menu.. If calibration is successfully done issue resolved, if not check all cartridges are in good condition or not if any one of the defective cartridges will not completes the calibration. If cartridges are OK, then clean the ITB, check the calibration.. Even calibration fails there is mechanical alignment issues raised.

Technical guys only: clean all four laser scanner assembly lenses, check for cartridge driving mechanical alignment..

I like the Tech Most likely did a Color Configuration , Go into the Menu and Use the Arrow keys to scroll and look for " Color Calibration " run the test make sure you don't have " Bleeding" this is a term used by Color Tech's like myself to describe that Color are mixing together which is causing your current problem.

Do calibration First.

My rca projection tv has blue and green images like a 3D picture would without your 3D glasses, a double vision image and no other colors

sounds like the sensors are out of focus and your red sensor isnt turning on. look in the back of the tv for a master reset button or in your menu screen some sort of "Flash focus" or "convergence". They will realign the 3 sensors.

Double vision

Convergence ICs are bad it causes the red and/or blue to jump out of alignment making it look 3D. You have to convergence ICs located on a large aluminum heat sink with an STK number stamped on them. You can purchase new ones for about 10.00 each. they have to be soldered in. If you can solder you should easily be able to repair this yourself. Let me know if you need anything further.
