    Ah, sorry I miss understood.

The manual for your Belkin is available here:
    http://www.belkin.com/support/product/?l...

    Page 84
The N1 Vision keeps time by connecting to a Simple Network Time
Protocol (SNTP) server. This allows the N1 Vision to synchronize the
system clock to the global Internet. The synchronized clock in the N1
Vision is used to record the security log and control client filtering.
Select the time zone that you reside in. You have the option to select
a primary and a backup NTP server to keep your N1 Vision’s clock
synchronized. Select your desired NPT server from the drop-down
box, or simply keep it as is.
If you reside in an area that observes daylight saving, then place a
check mark in the box next to “Enable Daylight Saving”. The system
clock may not update immediately. Allow at least 15 minutes for
the N1 Vision to contact the time servers on the Internet and get a
response. You cannot set the clock yourself.

    Cheers

How to change date and time for VISIO E320-B0

It should change by Time Zones and then Auto Update (Mode 321). It looks like your model was updated to the 321.. Perhaps you need a Firmware update, but my feeling is that it is a 21 year old television and it can't cope after Y2K and Time Server issues?

DATE -TIME RESET??

What seems to be the problem with the date and time?

If you want to change the date and time settings, then you can click on the time on the bottom right corner of your screen. There you can change the time and date settings.
Or if date and time are always changing whatever you do then you would need to change the CMOS battery of your computer.

How do i change the time

The time and date are programmed through system programming. A 4015 phone cannot do this programming. A 4150 phone setup as a subattendant phone with the "attendant setup time/date" class of service option enabled for the 4150's class of service can change the system time and date. This is accessed through the LCD touch screen keys of the 4150. Scroll through the options in the screen until you find set time /date.
Also an attendant console with the "attendant setup time/date" class of service option enabled for its class of service can change the time and date. Press the function button then choose attendant function.
Choose set time. Enter the time in four digits as in 0800 for 8:00. Choose PM if needed. Choose set.
Choose exit to finish.
