UNplug or diconnect the power and then call a tech. man

the ovan could be a thermostat 3" 2 6'' long probe my first gess or the ignitor top you need more help with could be a lot of things hope this helps a lititel

You have 2 choices.
Replace the electronic control(clock).
Or, replace the range.(stove).

You need to replace the touchpad. I'm just getting ready to replace mine for the second time in 14 years. A bit pricey but not a hard repair to make.
An appliance repairman told me that it's possible to peel the old pad off and carefully fish the connecting wire out to the point where it plugs together. This would save removing the burners and the stovetop I'm going to give it a try when mine arrives

oven takes to long to heat, broiler works fine, even the clock works it's just not heating fast....the bottom lights up,but not the top?
