Wiring diagram for a pro chef convection oven

could not find a wiring diagram specifically for the Pro Chef AH-798HL convection oven online. However, here are some general steps to follow to help you wire your oven correctly:
  1. Turn off the power supply to the oven before wiring it to prevent electrical shock or damage.
  2. Connect the power supply wires to the power terminal block located on the back of the oven. Make sure to connect the black or red wire to the black or red terminal and the white wire to the white terminal. If there is a green or bare wire, connect it to the green grounding screw.
  3. Locate the oven's thermostat and connect its wires to the oven's heating elements. The thermostat is usually located on the back of the oven, near the bottom. The heating elements are located inside the oven cavity.
  4. Connect the oven's control panel to the thermostat. The control panel is usually located on the front of the oven and may have several wires connecting it to the thermostat.
  5. Double-check all of the connections to ensure they are secure and correctly wired.
  6. Turn the power back on and test the oven to make sure it is working properly.
Please note that if you are not experienced in electrical wiring, it may be best to consult a professional electrician to help you wire your oven correctly and safely.

Oven sounds like a jet engine

I can't help much... When a gas burner sounds like a jet engine the chances are the gas is burning inside the mixing chamber. The gas jet directs the gas into a mixing chamber where it is mixed with the correct quantity of air before being emitted from the burner where it produces those nice blue flames. Sometimes, for a reason I don't know, ignition will cause the flame front to pass through the holes in the burner into the mixing chamber and the jet engine sound is heard. There will still be some flames from the burner but they will be weak and anaemic. The problem used to be very common in the days of coal gas but it has almost disappeared with the use of methane. I suggest you remove the burner and ensure it is clean inside and out and is a good and close fit against the gas jet and there is nothing restricting the air inlet of the mixing chamber.

In possession of a 1951 Magic Chef stove. I need the right side on oven hinge and if it should have a spring, need that as well. Where can I get one or the whole assembly to replace?

A blacksmith may be able to make the parts for you. Being over 70 years old, I doubt there will be any spares left.

Have a Magic Chef MCO165UW over range. Only 2 old.

There is a fuse. It is on the noise filter under the outside cabinet. You would have to remove it, however, with that being said. Do not touch the capacitor if you remove the cabinet as it can kill you if you do not know what you are doing. Make sure you unplug it from its power source and wait 10 minutes or more before entering the interior. You can buy just a fuse , it is a ceramic 250 volt 20 amp fuse. Magic chef wants you to buy the noise filter with the fuse on it, part number 3518608000. Please be so careful about this, it is no joke the capacitor can kill you. Good luck and again be careful.
