Hi

if you have not replaced the maintenance kit (fuser + rollers) and the toners were replaced at least 2-3 times, its time for a fuser replacement
p/n you need is H3980-60001

My laserjet pro 400 color mpf m475dn printer is indicating " paper jam...open back door to clear jam," please describe how i will go about this process.

There is an access door in the back of the printer. Open the door and you should see jammed paper. If not then you have a faulty sensor or switch.

Paper is jammed in my printer - HP Laser jet 3055 --- cannot seem to clear -- don't know how to get at the jam.....can you tell me how to lift the area where the jam is?????

The panel on the back of the printer should pop out and you can get to the paper jam throught there. Make sure you get all the peices out cuz sometimes all it takes it one very small piece of paper to make it not work.

Hp laserjet 1200 printer.. i have a paper jam.. i've looked all over to see where i access the roller to get the paper out and i can't find it!

Paper Jammed can be found inside the toner cartridge compartment.

It can also be found in the paper feeder.

It can also be found at the back of the printer (if it can be accessible or can be open).

It can also found in the toner cartridge itself.

Check this areas to find for a paper jammed.
