There are two inline fuses in the pc board area on the back of the unit. Both soldered in but you can check for continuity.

If you have an icemaker and water dispensor that is connected to the house water line, you need to locate that line and shut if off at the connection. The water might be from the defrost cycle that the unit uses though. If it is not appearing all the time, appears to be dirty or a fixed size puddle, the issue is with the defroster and not the water dispensor.

Remove the door and reverse the brackets, mount it to the opposite side. Be careful when removing and mounting as it's not extremely heavy but awkward and you can damage the threads in the body of the unit itself, just be careful and get a family member, friend or neighbor to help. Sounds like contamination inside the controller. Unfortunately this usually means replacing the controller.

Depends on where leak is. If water is ponding in freezer, there will be a sheet of ice on freezer floor. This would indicate a defrost drain blockage. If not that, maybe ice maker or water valve or associated water lines.

Try unplugging the fridge and leave it unplugged for 2-3 minutes.Plug it back in and see if the problem is resolved. This process forces a hard reset on the control board.

It sounds like something is being reset. This should reset on its own if the door is left closed for a while.
Some frigs have a timer on the light so that if the door is left slightly open the light which gives off enough heat to defrost the frig or freezer will shut off after a time. Make sure the door is closing and that the seal is holding. A large door can sometimes shift on the hinge and go out of alignment. Measure the projection of the edge of the door from the face of the frig box. It will be a few inches (thickness of the door plus rubber seal to the frig box). This measurement should be the same all around the door. If it is not close to the same the door has shifted. If you are handy figure out which hinge has moved, loosen the screws, adjust and retighten. If you are not so handy, this could make things worse real fast. It is like adjusting cupboard doors in that you make the top right corner go in by pulling the bottom left corner out, for example.

The switch can easily be tested by pushing on the switch when the door is open. If you have one switch per door, it turns the light on and the fan off when the door opens. If you have two switches per door, one turns the light on and the other turns the fan off.

While the frig has your attention, pull the grill off and very carefully vacuum the dust off the radiator looking thing and all around. Wait for the evaporaror fan to stop running! This will greatly improve the efficience and lengthen the life of your frig. Your instruction manual will actually tell you to do this... If you have a dusty house do this every couple of months.
