Hi,if you mean windows 8 or 7 you can go to dell.com search for your laptop serial number then download the driver or google it or you can download them from windows update,if you mean windows server 2012 because it is base on windows 8 core all driver for windows 8 can use for it,if you still have problem you can download driver solution pack 2012 software from internet it is 4 gb and its dvd with own software and contain official and non official and general driver till 2012 and u can update driver database from internet,kind regards
