How i can connect a Gemini cdm-3610 to a laptopand which cabes i can use

It depends on what connections the laptop has. Most have an audio in socket. So you can use that. All you need is to find a audio out on the deck. I looked at an illustration and it has an headphone socket. So you could use that. Just keep the volume control low.

Missing the counter weight on my Gemini PT 2100... Anyone know how to replace it and where to get the parts?

Well this website is showing the picture of it, but you will have to enquire if they are still selling it. How to adjust VTA ongemini 500

This is not an audiophile turntable. There is no provision for adjusting the vertical tracking angle. The closest you can come to making an adjustment is to place shims between the phono cartridge and the headshell.
