Hate to tell you this but it sounds like your picture module is going bad. The bluish tint tells me it is leaking to the outside. Some problems with the LCD picture module can be fixed but I never had to fix one. Might check out some videos on repairing LCD picture tubes on YouTube. Gillight

This usually is caused by a cheap or dying tv dealing with fast movement.

you will need a new one of these sony optical block 1-788-303-21 kdf-e50a10. when it over heats the picture will go strange also just sometimes there is a build up of dust blocking the light in the chamber in the optical block you may be able to clean this out but any scratches you make on the glass will be seen when the tv is on. also there is a lot of resting to do when you put back you have to re-aline the output to the screen size using the adjuster.

check connections on lamp and tv to make sure they arent bent even slightly

Sounds like your volume down button is jammed in on the set, you may need to take it to a repair shop if you can't free it up from the outside.

yes it possibly lamp ballast board is faulty

did you try to replace the light bulb as this happened recently with my father's television and it seemed to solve the problem...

Absence of Blue color is the fault. The t'Con board or panel should be suspected. Contact any experienced service technician.

the high voltage was shut down which exceed to 33kv dc voltage then it goes to safety shutdown. tried to check power supply regulation and the horizontal circuit.

Try to download the repair manual to your set from internet. It has all the details. It is very difficult to include all illustrations about it here by this window.

Try changing the power outlet. What you see might be a dry solder/leaking/dry capacitor in the board. If nothing works, better refer it to a qualified service technician.

Google the model number with "manual" or visit the Sony consumer site to locate one.
