How to fix anti flood error on F60860
Error "i30" means that water remains in base because leakage or overflow. In this case, in order to prevent flooding, drain pump running continuously.
When we talk about AEG dishwasher, drain pump works even the power is turned off (must be connected to the wall outlet, otherwise anti-flooding system will not work).
Remedy: you should first remove the water from the bottom of the dishwasher and determine leakage.
If you work around the dishwasher, you always take care that appliance must be disconnected from the power supply.

Aeg 60870 dishwasher water not getting in
The most common cause of a fault "i10" is closed valve on the water supply line. So this failure indicates a problem with filling of water.
Possible error causes:
Closed water tap, Inlet valve faulty, inlet hose bent, softener system clogged, pressure switch or pressure switch hose obstructed or leaking, wiring from pressure switch to printed circuit board (PCB), wiring from inlet valve to PCB and finally PCB.

AEG Favorit 60870 Dishwasher not starting
Matthew, in most cases when a circuit board repeats the same action over and over, there was a short and loss of communication with associated controllers. Obviously you have power to the control unit, so that means the instructions from the controller to the solenoids is lacking. You are correct in assuming the board needs replacement, however you must determine is the cost for replacement is worth the time and effort. An old machine means one repair after the other. If its relatively new; then it may be worth it.

Power connection to dishwasher
I think it is best to connect power cable directly to the interference filter where is normally connected.
The interference filter is connected in the terminal board parallel to the mains feed. See below pictures:

Machine sometimes won't wash in
Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
This is a very common problem with these units
The problem is that the cycle timer goes wacky on these machines fairly easy this can be due to the water not being hot enough entering the machine 140-160 f. if it is not at that temp the machine will
not wash like it should also these timers will just simply fail so i would first check the water pressure and temp and ensure it is good then check all of the filters and then i would contact you local appliance dealer and see if they can test the timer for you this is normally tested for continuity to see if it is bad ok if it is replace it further more if too much detergent is used it will clog up the system and this can give a bad result too so ensure there is not detergent clogging it up any where ok
Hope this helps you out
Best regards Mike

Oil spotting on the wash, what can i do?
It is probably not oil. Its from a rubber gasket that is slowly dissolving inside. It has to be replaced before the machine will have a leakage. I´ve had the same problem myself. Using high-quality detergent, (usually tablets) that is less aggressive to rubber will extend the lifespan of the gasket in the future.

Hi, I have an aeg 60870 dishwasher showing error
Sounds like the Anti-Flood system activated (polystireen float at base of machiene coupled to a micro switch) the purpose of this system is to put the drain pump on and stops any other function on the machiene. The anti lood system activates when any amount of water appears on the bottom (caused by leaky pipe / blokked pipes / spills etc.) . Dry the water and rectify the leak. This should solve the problem.

Error code 30
i fixed the problem by tipping the machine over slightly, as suggested by other members, about a pint of water came out the bottom and it now seems to work perfectly.

AEG FAVORIT 35085 Vi dishwasher Beeps 5 times and stops
If your AEG FAVORIT 35085 Vi dishwasher beeps five times and stops halfway through a wash cycle, there could be a few potential causes for this issue. One possibility is that there is a problem with the water supply, such as a clogged or partially blocked inlet valve. Another potential issue could be related to the drainage system, such as a clogged filter or a malfunctioning drain pump. It's also worth checking if the dishwasher's spray arms are spinning freely and not obstructed by any debris. If the problem persists, it is recommended to consult the dishwasher's manual or contact AEG's customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps and guidance based on your dishwasher's model and any error codes that may be displayed.
