Go to my computer and right click on the dvd drive and choose the Eject option. If that does not resolve the issue look to see if you have a small pin hole on the front of the DVD drive. If so, insert a paper clip into the hole to eject the drive. You can click the link below to watch the youtube video.

If it is locked in the bios, power up the computer and start clicking F12 over and over real fast until the bios screen comes up. Then tab to the password and remove it.
If the OS is locked, you'll have to reload the OS and have the key number available or you'll have to get a new copy of the OS.
Do you have access to another computer?
If so you can download a recovery disc from several sources.
Instructions are generally included on how to make a bootable disc/USB that you can use to restore and repair your system.

I personally Like the ultimate boot CD but this might help you find an option that works for you.

F1
As a throwback to DOS days, you will find that the F1 key will often bring up a help menu. If you press F1 while working in a program, help for that program will usually appear. If you press F1 while at the Windows desktop or when the Windows Explorer is open, a Windows help screen will pop up. If you happen to be working in a program and would like to see the Windows help screen, simply press the Windows key (the key with the Windows logo on the bottom row of keys) on your keyboard and press F1 at the same time.
F2
You can use the F2 key to rename an item when working in Windows. Highlight any folder or file, and press F2. You will then be able to type a new name for the object. After you type the new name, just click outside the name box or press the enter key to make the name change. This works just like right-clicking a file or folder and selecting Rename.
F3
When you are working in Windows, the F3 key will open the Find Files window.
F4
The F4 key has some very useful functionality. You can press F4 to open the Address bar when working in Internet Explorer. This will allow you to type the address of a Web page for quick access.
You can also press the Alt key and the F4 key at the same time to close the open Window that you are currently working on.
F5
The F5 key is the refresh key. You can press F5 when viewing a Web page to make sure that you have the most current version of that Web page. You can also use F5 when in Windows to refresh the screen. This can be a handy shortcut. If perhaps you are viewing the contents of a floppy disk and you insert a new floppy, your screen will still show the contents of the first floppy. Just press F5 to refresh the screen and see the contents of the floppy you just inserted.
F6
This key is often used to move the cursor around the structure of the program. Pressing it will often cycle you from window to window.
F7
The F7 key does not have any functionality in Windows. It may, however be used in some individual programs. To find out if it is available in the program you are using, bring up the program's help screen and type in the words function key.
F8
The F8 key can be used to access Safe Mode if pressed during the computer's boot up process. This is a trouble-shooting mode which will start the computer with minimal drivers.
F9
The F9 key does not have any functionality in Windows. It may, however be used in some individual programs. To find out if it is available in the program you are using, bring up the program's help screen and type in the words function key.
F10
F10 is the key that is used to activate the menu bar in many programs. You can use F10 to highlight the first menu choice, and then use the arrow keys to move around the menus. Pressing the Shift key while pressing F10 will bring up the shortcut menu. This is similar to right-clicking on an object.
F11
Press F11 when you are working in Internet Explorer and the window will open to full screen mode. This will make all the toolbars disappear and can be useful to see more information on the screen. Press F11 when you are in full screen mode will toggle you back to your normal view.
F12
The F12 key does not have any functionality in Windows. It may, however be used in some individual programs. To find out if it is available in the program you are using, bring up the program's help screen and type in the words function key.
First you need to know if your computer is set up to connect to the Internet. Look on the back of the computer and find the Ethernet connector (looks like a large version a phone jack). If you have this, simply connect the cable that came with your modem and then make sure both ends of said cable are plugged in. It doesn't matter which end of the cable goes where.
If you don't have one of this ports, you need to use a USB port to install a wireless receiver - these usually smaller than a thumb drive. Install the software for the receiver (or it may do so automatically) and you should be able to connect to a wireless router.
Please make sure all connections are correct and secure. If so and it still does not find your HDD then try a different molex (4-pin) power connector coming from your power supply sometimes that will do the trick, you can also try a different data cable whether it be SATA or IDE. If it still does not find it, it is possible your HDD is going bad. Hope this helps
Well internet explorer doesn't have a driver. Drivers are for hardware such as video cards, keyboards and mice, etc. If you are having problems with IE you can try re-installing it or upgrading here:

If you are having trouble connecting to the internet through IE then you may need to update the driver for your network adapter. That is about the best answer I can come up with since there really aren't any details to your problem. Try replying back with your issue and we can take a look at it.
Why are you running a proxy server? If you are on a home computer, sounds like a virus may be intercepting your traffic. Go into the internet settings and check the proxy settings. Write them down, just in case, then disable the proxy service.
Also, I'd install Malwarebytes to check for viruses and trojans.

buy a hard disk (blank) the same se physically and in capacity as the one in your computer. Set this up to be a second hard disk or as an eternal (USB) hard disk for your computer.
Obtain from the internet a program for clones (of hard disks); create a CD from this; ensure your computer is set to boot from CD first.
Insert the CD into your CD drive. Restart your computer.
Proceed to clone FROM your original hard disk TO your new, blank hard disk. BE CAREFUL THAT YOU DO NOT CLONE THE BLANK DISK TO THE ORIGINAL DISK ELSE YOU WILL HAVE YOU WILL NOTHING. This could take hours. Your should ensure your PC is not interrupted during this process.
At the end the process you should be left with your original unaltered hard disk, plus an identical copy of it, which can be inserted in place of your original if that goes wrong.
This is just one way of backing up.
