Hi Once you have the drive installed in the docking station you will need to install the drivers on the host PC, if your drive is not showing up in my computer, then either the drive is faulty, the docking station is faulty or the drivers have not installed correctly. 1 listen to the drive can you hear clicking noises from the drive, or is there any activity at all from the drive if not then the drive is either not sat in the holder correctly so is not getting power. or if it seated ok then the drive has gone faulty. 2. If the Docking Station is faulty return it and get it replaced 3 Remove and reinstall the drivers. Cliff MCP

I am quite sure what you mean since as far as i know you play videos or music. If you want to read titles etc in a bigger font: if you are using Firefox press the CTRl and the + key on your keyboard (use the + key on the far side, where the numbers keys are) otherwise you have to sue the SHIFT key to use the + key. Internet Explorer has some similar or you can see on the right side of the screen at the bottom an option to use percentages. Notice the IE will keep the settings as a default. Since I don't use Chrome I am not sure if it behaves like firefox having similar features.

Your username doesn't have administrative privileges. You'll need to log on using an account with administrative priviliges to perform a system restore.

Tough to tell, but in my many years with PCs, 75% of the time it's a bad power supply. It's an easy, cheap fix. Any place that sells computer components should have a new on. Take the old one with you. Just ask for help. The other possibility is far more dastardly. It could be the mother board is fried. That almost alwqays maeans a new computer, unless yours is quite new.

I don't understand the problem?

When yahoo is telling you, you should download a new version, they also send a link to the site where you can download the software. Next to the new software they also want some more details from you and they ask for rights to advertise. Click the link and it should go o.k.

You may need to reformat the hard drive to have enough space for the new operating system. Did you remove the old OS first?
