Unfortunately, the only way to reach the AV input on the IWT3206 is with the remote's Input Select button. If your universal remote doesn't match that function, you need a different remote control. However, if the remote has a Source button, instead of Input, try that option or try programming the remote with any other codes for Funai TVs. The lowest end universal remotes often do not have bot the Menu and Input features. Other remotes may work better for your use. The Ilo IWT3206 is a CRT type TV; it does have an ATSC tuner to support digital OTA TV signals. It doesn't have an HDMI port. The best input it has is the component video in. There are HDMI to component converters. However, most of them have issues with digital rights management protections (HDCP). The manual for the Ilo IWT3206 is available from the manufacturer (Funai). About the only thing I can think of is getting a new remote that can accept the programming of the ILO TV and control it that way. A remote I use for work is a URC. They work great.
