I have an identical prestige remote which is not

The programming procedure for Prestige/Pursuit remote is as follows:
First, locate the programming/valet switch. For newer model units the programming switch is located in the antenna, previous models have a push button LED (PBLED). Older models have a plain black push button, usually located near the driver's side kick panel (where your left foot would rest when driving).
After locating the programming switch; turn ignition on, press and release switch three (3) times, parking lights will flash once. This is channel 1 (lock button). Press lock button on remote. This is Channel 3 (trunk/remote starter), press the channel three button on remote. Repeat process for additional channels.
