Hi,

Won't start, do you mean, not coming on or coming on an freezes?.

If it comes on and freezes, you will need to flash it. flashing is when the memory of the mp3 player malfunctions and has memory loss, it helps to restore the memory back and the mp3 will start working properly again.

When you flash it, it will work normal again.

If ti does not come on, you will need to check the battery to see if the cell of the battery is weak and will need to be replaced.

Which ever you try out, you will get a solution.

Make sure you charge the battery very well to be sure, or you can use another one to test.

Once you have the video files formatted to .AMV

1. plug your MP3 player into the computer
2. Go to MY COMPUTER.
3. Find your .AMV VIDEO
4. Drag file to the Scroll Bar on the left, hold the file over the GPX DEVICE
5. Two folders will appear under it. Put file into ALBUMS

To then access videos put onto the device. Hold the MODE BUTTON on your MP3 player until you are returned to your menu screen. Scroll to MOVIES and your videos will be there. :D To return to listening to music or looking at Pictures, hold the MODE BUTTON and simply select your desired destination.

This player requires Windows Media Player 11 to transfer music files.

it sounds as if its full if she has high quality songs on there roughtly around 128kbps or more then its full

connect it to your computer and open up the file, drag and drop music to the music file on your computer for later use

reformat it.

try this. small hole in the back stick a pin in and turn it on. it is a reset.

Delete songs and Format (Helps with try to delete BAD TRACKS and folders that will not delete(Some ripped CD folders).. Go to my computer scroll to sansa or your MP3 player and open the music folder and open each sub folder and delete Songs manually then delete the folders them selfs then format a couple of times hope this works

convert your video with the video converter then drag it onto the device.the video converter is in my compter / tools. install the setup you should be good. if you gotta convert your video before you convert it look up a nice free converter called super c. might be a faster one but there is no better one.

when you turn it on. you should see the music screen. If you press the down arrow you should toggle between music, movie, picture and, settings. In setting under the online device option theres 2 choices. usb and media. its actually gotta be on usb to see the files stored on it.
i always see the tools folder in my computer. the files show as a sepeate drive in my compter with the online device settings set this way. might not be the same problem you got.

Pictures are easy. Just make a new folder on the device or simply drag them onto the device.
Videos have to be converted with the program in the tools folder. then dragged onto the device.

Hello :

You need to format your mp3 player . Plug it in your PC , then go to it on [ my computer ] , right mouse click and choose format .
By formatting you make sure that everything on your player is deleted .

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, etc. from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

convert you video into another format like avi or 3gp video.

plug the mp3 into the pc wait for a box to popup select open file leave that open find your music should be in my documents and drag them over

Plug in your MP3 Player. Open MY COMPUTER, your MP3 player will show up in the scroll on the left side of the screen. Go into your documents to select an image and simply drag and drop on top of the folder called ALBUMS under the GPX. This will put images into an album on the player.

To See the images once on your MP3 player,
1. Turn on the MP3
2. Hold MODE BUTTON
3. press up or down until you select PICTURE
Your images will appear as a list.

I find that .gif images and .jpg images work the best.

That's not possible , because mp3 are audio files . If you want to watch videos on a small gadget you need to buy Mp4 player .
